What tools will I require for DIY installation?

This is approximately what you will need to DIY install an electric operator:

• Step Ladder - Strong, 4/5 steps

• Screwdrivers - '+' & '-' various sizes

• Voltage/metal(read pipe) detector

• Metal saw

• Safety gear - goggles (essential), hard hat, gloves, safety boots

• Work bench

• Common sense

• Tape measure

• Plumb bob

• Marker pen

• Hole punch

• Another person

• Drill - hammer action

• Drill bits - HSS & maisonry

• Spanners - 10/11/12/13/17mm

• 25mm dia Hole Saw if installing Emergency Release Device
