You may wish to order additional remote controls with your electric door opener or simply replace lost or broken remotes from existing units.  The Remocon unit is a full receiver/remote control system so if finding the correct remote proved impossible then these can replace the whole system.

Got Hormann Grey button remotes?

If your remote control has grey buttons this indicates that they are 40MHz units and will not work with systems operating on the 868.3MHz blue button frequency.  Only HSM4's are available on the 40MHz frequency and they cost £50 inc VAT and delivery
