Now an electric operator can securely lock a retractable or side hinged garage
door automatically. A bracket is secured to the garage floor and a bolt
assembly fitted to the bottom of the door (on the last leaf to close on side
hinged doors). Unlocks the door when the operators manual emergency
release is operated.
